In order to provide a good range of cured ham, we have this excellent 50% iberian breed jamon. Jamon is the King of cured meat in Spain and the range of qualities, flavours, textures, colors, scents… is very long. We select some of them in base of real spanish ham, with animals raised in Spain. This is very important to offer tradition and quality.
“CEBO” means that the pigs passed their lifes in specialized farms, with the highest health and hygienic controls.
The leg is elongated and it has a lot of tasty delicious cured meat. It has characteristic red tone, because the mix of iberian pig with white pig (duroc) and its artisan elaboration following tradition of many generations of this family of producers. In adition, the curing process of 36 months at least, gives the final awesome touch.
